Refund policy

A note about international shipments

Shipping Incoterms is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the receiver/customer will get contacted by the customs of the receiving country once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges (if applicable) in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. If the recipient/customer refuses to pay the customs fee, the shipment will be destroyed and no refund will be given.

Returns
Returns are accepted for a period of 24 hours from placing the order. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We don't offer returns once the order is handed over to the courier.

Cancellations

It will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped, and it will not be refundable.

We will cancel your order if it has not been shipped or returned by the courier. The cancellation fee is 10% of the overall transaction value, and it will be deducted from your payment.

Shipment fee is non-refundable.

We will cancel your order and issue a full refund only if the items you ordered are not available for any reason.

Lost shipment

In the event that the shipment is reported as LOST by the courier, we can do a full refund or resend the order to the original order address at your request without any additional fees

Rejected shipment 

A shipment that was rejected by you, you were not available to receive it, you exceeded the allowed quantities/weight at your country/region/state/area, you don't have a sufficient license, you provided an incomplete or wrong address, or you did not pay any applicable customs fees which resulted in your order being returned to sender will usually be destroyed and no refund will be provided in such a scenario.

In some exceptional cases, the shipment will be returned to the sender. However, we will issue a refund of the value of the items without the shipping fees along with JD 10 (around USD 14.10) return fees and 10% of the transaction value as a refund fee that will be deducted from the overall transaction value of your purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges and Damaged Items
We do not offer exchanges for the items but if you received a damaged item please send a picture to support@shishabox.club within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will evaluate the damage and send replacement items without any added fees to the same address as the original order.
