Do you provide warranty on the shisha?
Shishabox does not provide warranty on the shishas, however If there is a manufacturer damage please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and make sure to file a claim within maximum 24 hours from receiving your goods.
When I will receive my order ?
For orders inside Amman, if you made a same day delivery order normally you will get your order within the same day, in exceptional scenarios you will get it the next day. If you made a not in a rush order you will get your order within 24-48 hours.
For Orders outside amman, you will get your order within 24-36 hours
For International shipments, you will get tracking number to your shipment within 24-48 hours with an ETA to your country.
Are all items supplied identical to the photos?
Shishabox works with multiple suppliers. In some cases and normally to expedite the delivery, Shishabox will procure supplies from backup suppliers. In such cases, the supplies may look different from the photos. However, all supplies will have the same specifications and quality. In case you wanted to return the items please file a claim within 24 hours from goods delivery
What is your refund policy?
All our prices are final and non refundable
Why Am I seeing the price in US Dollars when I choose to pay using credit card?
Shishabox is working with online payment gateway to process your payment. Currently, we don't support the local currency. Shishabox is working hard to make this option available.
Why do I need to put my postal code in the shipping address?
For domestic orders, postal code is used for billing and payment verification. If you feel it is not necessary or not required, then use any general postal code like 11181.
For international orders, postal code is required to guarantee you get your order to your place.
I am using my credit card, why my payment is not passing through?
Please make sure you have sufficient fund on your card and all the information are correct.
Shishabox is using 3D security for online payments to avoid using stolen cards and having another protection layer because security is our priority, 3D secure cards should have a code sent by the bank to you while making the purchase to approve the payment, if this feature is not enabled, please contact your bank to enable it. If your bank can't enable 3d security please contact us for alternative payment methods.
Why my order is not shipped or cancelled?
For international shipments, Cash on Delivery is not supported, so if you choose COD we will try to contact you for alternative payment methods. If you choose other methods and the payment is not placed we will cancel your order automatically after 3 days. We will try to contact you for alternative payment options.
For domestic shipments, we will attempt to deliver your items 2 times, if we fail to deliver your items we will cancel your order.
