Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the same day and can take up 1-2 business days depends on the shipment type selected during checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered during a curfew.

Same day delivery last order should be before 11 PM else it will be delivered in the first half of the next day.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shishabox ships to addresses within Jordan Territories. For international shipments contact customer service to help you with shipment costs and placing your orders.

Payments should be done to fulfill your order for shipments outside Amman and Balqa and international shipments.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You may get a phone call to share your location over WhatsApp or Messenger.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


International Shipments

Shipping Incoterms is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the receiver/customer will get contacted by customs of the receiving country once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. In case the receiver/customer refused to pay for the customs, the shipment will be destroyed and no refund will be issued
