Important note for international shipments

Shipping Incoterms is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the receiver/customer will get contacted by customs of the receiving country once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. In case the receiver/customer refused to pay for the customs, the shipment will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Important note for delivery inside Amman

All orders with same day delivery that are placed after 8:00pm Amman time, will be delivered the very next day.
